We will take you to Luxor right from your hotel by a comfortable air-contitioned bus. First off, you will visit Karnak temple, the largest place of worship ever built. Its ancient name ipet-isut means ‘the most sacred place’. The temple complex was being built over 2000 years by generations of pharaohs. The great “Hypo-style Hall” is an incredible forest of gain pillars. After having lunch at a restaurant on the Nile, you will take a trip to the west bank of this wonderful river to visit the two colossal statues of Amenhotep III “Colossi of Memnon”, followed by the Valley of Queens, where magnificent tombs were discovered. Those tombs were carved deep into the desert rock, richly decorated and filled with treasures for the pharaoh’s after-life. You will also visit the great Hatshepsut Temple. This impressive temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut, the only female pharaoh in Ancient Egypt, rises out of the desert plain in a series of terraces and mirages. After that we will take you to see Alabaster workshops,
where Egyptians manually produce their shop-products. At the end of the tour we will drive you back to your hotel in Marsa alam.
